This chapter shows an overview of the LEDs and connections on the router.

7	RESET button	This button is used to factory reset the router. Resetting the router will interrupt services and ZTP process is needed again. Therefore be careful if you decide to press this button! To reset and restore the FACTORY settings hold down the button for at least 30 seconds.
8	Console interface
9	LAN interfaces: eight GE electrical interfaces	GE0 is also the management port used for Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) during the installation phase. GE6 and GE7 are reserved to be used for the sync link in case of EC-XL with sync link.
10	WAN interfaces: two GE combo interfaces	A GE combo interface consists of an optical Ethernet interface and an electrical Ethernet interface on the panel. The two interfaces have only one internal forwarding interface. When either of the Ethernet interfaces is working, the other interface is shut down. GE8 can be used as optical LAN port when not in use as WAN port for Application Based Routing or Mobile Backup connectivity. GE9 is used for WAN Fiber connectivity.

12	Jack for power cable locking strap	Insert a power cable locking strap in this jack to secure the power cable.

Description of the LEDs

Number	Indicator	Color	Description
1	PWR	Green	Steady on: The router power supply is normal.
		off	The router power is off.
2	SYS	green	Slow blinking green: The router is running properly. Fast blinking green: The router is being powered on or restarting.
		red	Steady red: A fault that affects services has occurred and cannot be rectified automatically. The fault needs to be rectified manually.
		off	The router software is not running or is resetting.
3	USB	not in use
4	iNET	green	Steady on: The network service has been established.
		off	The network service is unavailable.
5	CTRL	green	Steady on: The SDWAN controller has managed the router.
		off	The SDWAN controller does not manage the router.
6	WWAN	not in use
7	RSSI	not in use
8	GE8 to GE9	green	Steady on: A link has been established on the corresponding GE combo interface. Blinking: Data is being transmitted or received on the corresponding GE combo interface
		off	No link is established on the corresponding GE interface.
9	GE0 to GE7	green	Steady on: A link has been established on the corresponding LAN interface. Blinking: Data is being transmitted or received on the corresponding LAN interface.
		off	No link is established on the corresponding LAN interface.
