Configure EC-M/L/XL location

You can configure Enterprise Connect M/L/XL locations in the Enterprise Connect Dashboard immediately after ordering in Order Management. This means you do not have to wait until the router is physically up and running.

Configure general location settings​

General settings can be found under Locations > Enterprise Connect on the respective location. You can activate or deactivate the location there.

When deactivating the location, all configurations are lost.

Under CPE > Label you can configure the technical label of the location. You can search for it in the location search field and in the device search field.

Display of location information, which is configured in Order Management:

  • Location reference of the location
  • Quality of Service activated or not
  • Bandwidth at the location

Router Status​

  • The status is displayed reactively, i.e. it is loaded when the location tile is opened and is only updated again when the refresh button is pressed.
  • LED: Press the symbol so that front LEDs on the router start flashing for 30 seconds. This allows you to clearly identify the router.
