Customer Support CUS - Reporting a fault (Incident) or concern (Service Request)
With the Customer Support CUS application, you can report, display and track your faults (Incidents) and requests (Service Requests) online. An incident (Incident) is reported when an error occurs and something no longer works. A service request (Service Request) is reported for orders, enquiries or if information or support is required for a service.
