"Booked Bandwidth in Mbits s" & "Interface Utilization"

  • This guide provides you explanations on Booked Bandwidth in (Mbits/s) + Interface Utilization (%)

Procedure​

  1. In My Swisscom Business, please select the Enterprise Connect Dashboard application.
  2. With Start with an Agreement, select the corresponding agreement.
  3. Enter the world of statistics via Service Performance Reporting.
  4. In Main Reports > Utilisation > select your desired device > Utilization(%)
  • The scale on the right (missing due to lack of space) shows you the utilisation of the booked bandwidth.
  • The scale on the left shows you the utilisation of the physical interface.
  • The line Booked Bandwidth in (Mbit/s) shows the booked bandwidth.
  • The line Interface Utilization (%) in/out shows the utilisation of the interface.
