Order Swisscom Blue TV for Enterprise Connect XS/S

  • With Swisscom blue TV Public you benefit from the ideal solution in your restaurant or in your workrooms (doctors' surgeries, break rooms, customer zones, etc.) show football matches, hockey matches, films, cartoons or news from the regular TV programme, for example.

  • Also on multiple screens and with a screen diagonal of up to three metres.

  • Swisscom blue TV Host offers the ideal TV systems for homes (for example old people's homes or nursing homes), hotels, restaurants and catering establishments, which can be supplemented with guest WiFi as required.

  • If you are planning to set up TV at your location, select Swisscom blue TV when ordering your Enterprise Connect XS/S connection.

  • You can also add Swisscom blue TV to an existing connection.

Prerequisites​

  • If you do not see Swisscom blue TV at your location, please contact your Swisscom advisor.
  • Swisscom blue TV must first be activated for you.
  • Swisscom blue TV is available for the connection technologies copper and fibre.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer Swisscom blue TV for mobile.
  • Note for XS: Swisscom blue TV is only possible with sufficient bandwidth, the bandwidths Voice Only and M2M do not allow Swisscom blue TV.
  • You have the choice between Swisscom blue TV Public and Swisscom blue TV Host.
  • At one location you must choose one of the two products.
  • At another location, you can of course choose the other product.

Swisscom blue TV Public​

  • Please define the initial channel order using the drop-down list (you can change this channel order later in the application or directly on the TV box).
  • Select the desired number of TV boxes.
  • A maximum of 5 boxes is possible.

Swisscom blue TV Host​

  • Please note the information on the Feasibility Check and the link to the checklist.
  • If the Feasibility Check has not been carried out, Swisscom cannot guarantee the correct functioning of Swisscom blue TV Host.
  • Please define the initial channel order using the drop-down list.
  • You can change this channel order later in the application or directly on the TV box.
  • Select the desired number of TV boxes.
  • A maximum of 120 boxes is possible.

Order Swisscom blue TV Public + Host​

  1. Order Management > Administration > Inventory & subscriptions > Enterprise Connect > Locations
  2. Right click on the corresponding location
  3. Enterprise Connect change
  4. Installation by Swisscom select and fill in contact details
  5. Swisscom blue TV select and specify number of TV boxes to be installed

TV Feasibility Check / Feasibility analysis (TV Host)​

  1. Order Management > Ordering > Order products > Enterprise Connect > Services
  2. Swisscom blue TV Feasibility Check select and complete order
    (includes the analysis of structural conditions and existing infrastructure)
