Order Public WLAN (PWLAN)

  • You can add PWLAN to any Enterprise Connect S/M/L port.
  • It is not possible to obtain PWLAN via an Enterprise Connect XS connection.
  • LAN is no longer a prerequisite for PWLAN.
  • You can order PWLAN inital with the location order: Order Enterprise Connect S
  • You can also add PWLAN at a later date by changing your location profile
  • This is how you access the ordering process:

  1. By clicking on the checkbox PWLAN Service you add PWLAN to an EC-S port.

    • You can order and use both WAN Service S, M, L, LAN Service and Voice Line as well as the PWLAN Service on one port.

  2. Select the desired PWLAN expression (Basic or Advanced) and enter the number of required access point licenses.

    • This allows you to set up the PWLAN service in the Enterprise Connect Dashboard on the appropriate number of access points.

  3. In the case of PWLAN Advanced, you have the option to add the paid options

    • Enhanced Reporting
    • Device Login
    • Content Filtering
