Order External Cloud Access

Go to the My Swisscom Business under Order Management > Manage > Inventory & subscriptions

Select the Company tile.
- If the company tile does not show up, click on show more.

Right-click on the Company module and a window with various options will open afterwards.
- Select Company Module Change.

Click on the Cloud Access tab

Slide the switch to the right if you want to order Cloud Access.
- After you move the lever to the right, the different variants of Cloud Access are displayed.
- Slide the lever for External Cloud Access to the right and select support time below.
- If you have previously ordered Cloud Access, these instances will also be displayed here.

Click Add External Cloud Connection Europe/Switzerland/Asia/USA if you want to add a new or more Cloud Access.
- Please note that when you remove a connection, the connection must first be removed in the Enterprise Connect Dashboard.

Enter a desired name for this connection and select the service provider and bandwidth

Click Next

In the next steps, you have the option to control the billing and schedule the order.
- With Next you will now be taken to the overview page.

Once you receive the order completion confirmation, you can configure the Cloud Connection in the Enterprise Connect Dashboard.
