Order Company Services

The following options for customizing the company Profile:

  • Order or cancel the Internet option in different bandwidths
  • Ordering or canceling IP addresses
  • Ordering or canceling Firewall
  • Customize your contact details or the contact persons you collect
  • Ordering or canceling Voice Line licenses
  1. Start in My Swisscom Business then: Order Management > Administration > Inventory & subscriptions

  2. Select the desired Enterprise Connect network

  3. The Company tile will show you the company profile

  4. With the right mouse button or the pencil on the far right, the options are displayed

  5. Select Company Module Change

  6. The resulting changes in costs are updated and displayed immediately. On the Configuration page, you can change the options you want

    Cloud Access
    • Order/disable Cloud Access:
    • Activate/deactivate Internet access Central Internet standard or all Locations
    • If you buy the Central Internet standard option afterwards, the Internet access is activated within a few minutes after the order for the default group corp is sent
    • For each other group, you can configure individually whether or not the group should have direct access to the Internet
    • Choose bandwidth for Internet speed all locations (not applicable to Enterprise Connect XS)
    • Choose Support Time for Internet Access
    IP addresses
    • Increasing or reducing IP addresses
    • If several locations are already activated, Central Internet standard must first be activated for Cloud Access
    Firewall
    • Order/deactivate firewall
    • Select/adjust performance package (Light / Standard / Advanced)
      • Availability depends on the selected performance package
      • Select/adjust support time
      • Select/customize antivirus (only for Performance Package Light, the Performance Packages Standard and Advanced include this option)
      • Select/customize site-to-site VPN (external VPN connection).
      • Select/adjust the number of site-to-site VPN packages
      • Select/customize service package
    Voice
    • Jump to voice portal (link)
    • Activate/disable virtual PBX
    • Voice Line licenses increase/decrease quantity
    • Enable/disable SIP-Trunk
    • Increase/reduce the amount of voice channels, select support times and language
    SIP-Trunk
    • If you do not already have a SIP-Trunk, click SIP-Trunk
    • Choose the desired support times as well as the number of voice channels and, if necessary, the required number of the Redirection Scenarios option
    • If you already have SIP-Trunk, you can see the current configurations here and have the option to adjust them
    • If you plan to order the Enterprise Connect SIP-Trunk Service, please select this Class of Service option

    Customer Contacts
    • Customize, additionally record, delete
    • With Next you can go to the page Association
  7. On the Association page, you have the following Options:

    • Selection of the invoice account
    • Choice of execution date (in 90 working days at the latest)
    • Please note how many days the order can take
    • The Next page takes you to the Overview page
