Order/Cancel Equipment

  • The following versions apply to LAN switches, access points and telephone terminals.
  • Track delivery: The Track and Trace number of the post office (available as soon as the package has been sent) can be found here: Order Management > Order > Track Orders > Display Details (right mouse click) on Order.

  1. Go to the > Order Management > Add Product > Order Products via the My Swisscom Business

  2. For multiple Enterprise Connect networks, select the appropriate.

  3. Select Add Devices or Cancel Devices

  4. Please enter the delivery address.

    • In the case of "Cancel devices", the delivery address must also be specified so that the return label(s) can be sent to you (number 1-10).
    • Please note that the additional field cannot be used at this time due to an internal error.
    • You can select an address by searching for different parameters in the search mask, or if you have already placed orders, select the last selected addresses.
    • When you search for an address, the address you entered will be searched for and suggestions will be offered for selection.
  5. Go to the appropriate category: LAN or Voice

    • To change the order or return quantity, enter the desired number in the box or increase/decrease with the +/- symbols.
    • The update symbol to the right of the addition sign recalculates the stock.
    • The price is updated immediately
    • If the stock is correct, go to the allocation page with Next
  6. For multiple invoice accounts, these can be selected here or a new one can be created.

  7. You will find additional equipment under "Sale equipment & accessories". However, there are no monthly costs for this equipment, but one-off costs.

  8. Check the information and choose an execution date at the earliest in 3 and at the latest 90 working days.

  9. Click Next to continue with the order.

  10. The overview page lists the new stock

    • On the overview page, you can add your own reference to your order to better identify it.
