Order additional Services

  • Through services, you can transfer the following orders to Swisscom:
    • Ordering & Configuration by Swisscom: Swisscom takes care of ordering and configuring your locations for you.
    • Order Data Survey (onsite): Swisscom determines the exact connection points for the location order.
    • Cabling location Survey & Installation: Analyze the state of the in-house cabling infrastructure and adjust it if desired.
    • WLAN measurement: Swisscom measures the rooms and determines the number of APs and the optimal placement.
    • Project Management by Swisscom: Project management services for the rollout.
    • Training: Order an online training for all Enterprise Connect relevant applications in the My Swisscom Business.
  1. Enter the Order Management via the My Swisscom Business. See also: Order Management

  2. Select the appropriate Enterprise Connect network

  3. Order under Services

  4. Enter your contact details here.This person will be contacted by the Solution Designer for order clarification.

  5. It is possible to upload a document.

  6. You can find the Additional Services listed.

    • When you select one of these menu items, a description of the service opens.
    • You can select a maximum order option per order.
    • For the training sessions, the price of the service is displayed in the upper right corner.
    • For the remaining services, you will receive a corresponding offer after an order has been clarified.
  7. On the Association page, you have the following options:

    • Selection of the invoice account
    • Choice of execution date (in 90 working days at the latest). Please note how many days the order can take
