Order Enteprise Connect S

1. Configuration page Cost overview​

  • At the bottom of the page you will see the cost of your current order.
  • By clicking on Show details or Hide details you switch the cost overview between summary and detail view.
  • Adjustments to your order will directly result in a change to the displayed cost.
  • Monthly total: Include e.g. hardware orders or set-up fees.
  • One-time total: Are subscription fees or rental costs.

Location reference​

  • Enter the desired location reference.
  • The location reference helps you to better identify the location later.

Installation by Swisscom​

  • In principle, Enterprise Connect is designed so that you can carry out the installation yourself on location.
  • However, Swisscom will be happy to carry out the installation for you.

Shipping address​

  • The delivery address is only used for the delivery of the ordered hardware and may differ from the location address.
  • You can enter an address or select an existing address.
  • Please note that the additional field cannot currently be used due to an internal error.
  • Router shipping for location order: 3 days before commissioning date

Language​

  • Select the language in which you want to receive the delivery note for the router.

Support Time​

  • Select the support time you require.
  • This time is used to work on incident containment/resolution.

Incident Time to resolve​

  • Best Effort: The time to resolve an incident is not controlled by Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Critial 8h: The resolution time of the incident should not exceed 8h for the corresponding priority (Critical).

Date selection​

  • Select a date for the activation of your Enterprise Connect location.
  • This date can be no earlier than 3 working days after ordering for Enterprise Connect XS and S.

Bandwidth​

  • Select the desired bandwidth.
  • Only the bandwidths available for the connection technology (fibre, copper, mobile) are displayed for you to choose from.
  • The appropriate router is automatically added to your order and displayed here.

Mobile Backup​

  • Mobile Backup provides you with an additional backup for your connection if your line is temporarily unavailable.
  • Mobile Backup cannot be combined with a Mobile connection and is therefore not displayed for selection.
  • If you have selected Mobile Backup, the available Mobile Equipment is automatically displayed here and added to your order.

WAN Service S​

  • The WAN Service S is automatically added to your order, but you can decide whether you also want to order a Class of Service.
  • With the Class of Service, telephony (voice traffic) is given priority over data traffic in your network.
  • If you intend to order the Enterprise Connect SIP-Trunk Service, please select this Class of Service option.

LAN​

  • The LAN (local area network) option enables you to set up and administrate VLAN (virtual local area network) and WLAN (wireless local area network) within company networks with different user groups via the Enterprise Connect Dashboard.
  • If required, you must order this option for each company location in Order Management. It is also billed per location.
  • If you are planning to set up a Local Area Network (LAN) with Swisscom switches or access points at your location, you must click on LAN Service.
  • You must procure the required hardware (switches, access points) from Swisscom (service model with monthly fee).
  • Hardware procured from other sources cannot be managed or configured via the Enterprise Connect Dashboard.
  • The switches and access points used, and the functionality provided, are state-of-the-art.

  • Click on Voice or Hosted PBX if you plan to operate telephony services at your location via Enterprise Connect.

2. Association page​

Cost centre​

  • Choice of costcenter to which the ordered service will be charged to.
  • Use radio buttons to select the appropriate charging target (Costcenter of user, of OE or other).

  • Choose your bill specifications
