Order Enterprise Connect XS

  • The ordering process is similar for all forms of Enterprise Connect XS, S, M, L, XL

1. Cost overview


  • At the bottom you will see the cost of your current order. Adjustments to your order will directly change the cost displayed.
  • By clicking on Show details or Hide details you switch the cost overview between summary and detail view.
  • One-time costs: include hardware orders or setup fees
  • Monthly costs: are subscription fees or rental costs

2. Installation by Swisscom


  • Basically, Enterprise Connect is designed so that you can perform the installation on-site.
  • However, Swisscom will be happy to carry out the installation for you.

3. Date selection


  • You must select an appointment to activate your Enterprise Connect location.
  • This date may be for Enterprise Connect XS and S at the earliest 3 working days and no later than 90 working days after the order.

4. Bandwidth


  • Select the bandwidth you want.
  • You will only see the bandwidths available for connection technology (fibre, copper, mobile).
  • If you want a machine-to-machine connection for special applications such as checkout terminals or alarming select the bandwidth M2M Wireline.
  • For a machine-to-machine connection, you also select the desired M2M profile.
  • If you only want telephony on this port, select "Voice Line only". This automatically desodes the Internet service and selects the Voice Line Service.
  • If you choose a normal Internet connection, you also have the option to order Public IP addresses.

  • Your ordered Public IP address ranges must be activated after Swisscom has completed the order. To do so, please call 0800 800 900.
  • If you subsequently change the bandwidth of your EC-XS connection with public IP addresses, we ask you to restart the router. Otherwise, the bandwidth change takes up to 5 days.

5. Mobile Backup


  • Gives you an additional backup for your port if your line is temporarily unavailable.
  • Mobile backup cannot be combined with a mobile port and is therefore not displayed for selection.

If you have chosen Mobile Backup, you will automatically see the available mobile equipment here and add it to your order.

6. Delivery address


  • The delivery address will only be used for the delivery of the ordered hardware and may differ from the location address.
  • You can enter an address or select an existing address.
  • Please note that the additional field cannot be used at this time due to an internal error.
  • Router shipping for location order: 3 days before commissioning date

7. Language


  • Select the language in which you want to receive the delivery note for the router.
  • The appropriate router will be automatically added to your order and displayed here.

8. Assignment


  • With Next you get to the page of the Assignment
  • Here you can adjust the invoice account if necessary
