Order Enterprise Connect M/L

Cost overview


  • Click on Show details or Hide details to switch the cost overview between summary and detail view.
  • At the top right, you will see the costs for your current order. Adjustments to your order will directly result in a change of the displayed costs.
  • One-off costs include e.g. hardware orders or setup fees.
  • Monthly costs are subscription fees or rental costs

Track orders


  • The Track and Trace number of the post office (available as soon as the package is shipped) can be found here: Order Management > Ordering > Track orders > Display details (right mouse click) on order.

1. Location reference

  • This reference will later be used to differentiate your locations.

2. Installation by Swisscom

  • Basically, Enterprise Connect is designed so that you can carry out the installation yourself on location.
  • However, Swisscom will be happy to carry out the installation for you.
  • Please enter the details of a contact person if you choose installation by Swisscom.

3. Support Time

  • Select the desired Support Time for your location.

4. Execution date

  • Select a date for activating your Enterprise Connect location.
  • For Enterprise Connect M this date can be at the earliest 15 working days and at the latest 90 days after ordering.

5. Shipping address

  • Enter a shipping address.
  • The shipping address is used only to deliver the hardware you ordered and may differ from the location address.
  • You can enter an address or select an existing address.
  • Please note that the additional field cannot be used at the moment due to an internal error.
  • Router shipping for location order: 3 days before commissioning date

6. Language

  • Select the language in which you want to receive the delivery note for the router.

7. Bandwidth

  • Select the desired bandwidth.
  • Only the bandwidths available for the connection technology (FTTO) are displayed for selection.

8. WAN Servcie M/L

  • The WAN Service M/L is automatically added to your order, but you can decide if you want to order a Class of Service with 6 classes as well.

9. LAN Interface:

  • LAN service is added to your order automatically, but you can decide whether you want to order the additional SFP transceivers.
