Adjust Enterprise Connect access

Change Enterprise Connect access

  1. Open via My Swisscom Business > Order Management > Administration > Inventory & subscriptions

  2. Select the desired Enterprise Connect network.

  3. The Locations tile will list all locations below.

  4. Select the corresponding location and open the context menu with the right mouse button or the pencil on the far right to change the connection.

  5. On the Configuration page, you can choose the following options

    • Location Module:
      • Support Time
      • Incident Time top Resolve
      • Bandwidth
      • CoS (not possible with mobile connection)
    • LAN Service:
      • ACTIVATE/deactivate LAN
    • PWLAN Service:
      • Enable/disable PWLAN
    • Voice Service:
      • Turn Voice on/off
    • Swisscom bue TV Service
      • Enable/disable blue TV
  6. On the Association page, you can:

    • Choose the invoice account
    • Specify an execution date (in 90 working days at the latest)
  7. On the Overview page, you have various options:

Cancel Enterprise Connect access


First follow the instructions below to access the inventory management:

  • Change Enterprise Connect access (Inlcude link)
  1. Once you have found the appropriate location in the inventory, use the right mouse button or the pencil on the far right to view the options.
    • Select Enterprise Connect XS/S/M/L/XL Cancel.
  2. You can cancel the cancellation at any time or continue with Continue.
  3. On the Assignment page you can select an execution date (in 90 working days at the latest).
  4. With Next you will now be taken to the overview page.
