Customize Customer Contacts

  • You can customize your customer contacts on the company profile and location profiles, please proceed as described below

  • Explanations of the individual contacts:

    • Communication contact (central): Receives order information in addition to the orderer.
    • Partner (central): The registered partner is then listed as the orderer, regardless of who actually executed the order.
    • Maintenance Notificator: Is proactively informed by Swisscom about maintenance work
    • Notificator: Is proactively informed by Swisscom about malfunctions (in the case of service level agreement Premium)
    • Caller: Can report faults to Swisscom (other people may also do so)
  • Please go to My Swisscom Business: Order Management > Administration > Inventory & subscriptions > Enterprise Connect > Company

Company Profile


  1. On the company profile right mouse click or on the pencil on the far right

    • Select the option: Company Module change
  2. Configuration:

    • Open the Customer contacts tab
    • You can now adjust/add/remove your contacts

  3. Association:

    • On this page there are no mandatory fields to fill in
    • Optional: Change Bill account / Specify Execution Date
