Migrate LAN-I access to Enterprise Connect

  • The ordering process is the same for all forms of Enterprise Connect.
  • LAN-I connections refer to existing Office Access, Enterprise Access and Business Access.
  • The LAN-I connection is already identified via the router label and is displayed immediately as a result.
  • At present, only Swisscom can search for and then migrate other connections (see section 3.5).
  • For Enterprise Connect M, a new access can be added or an existing access can be migrated.

1.Check Availability

  • To migrate an existing access, you select this and then click on Check availability.

2. Select checked access

  • Select the checked access and click on Continue.
  • This takes you directly to the order entry.

3. Check result

  • In the case of missing or incorrect information or problems, you can always inform Swisscom by filling out the corresponding form.
  • The result of the connection point check is displayed by means of colors and information texts.
  • If both the information text and Checked appear in green, everything is okay and you can click on Continue and go to the order entry.
  • If Checked is orange, you must select a different access or contact Swisscom.
  • Available inventory not displayed > Getting Help
  • General problem / concern > Getting Help
