• To protect your environment in Enterprise Connect, you can use a cloud-based firewall located in the Swisscom backbone and operated by Swisscom.
• Swisscom obtains the firewall from the renowned cybersecurity company Fortinet.
• All Internet traffic on the corporate network can be routed through the centralized firewall.
• Firewall (called Managed Security dashboard) is a based statefull firewall with additional security features such as deep/certificate inspection, safe search, anti-virus and web filtering.
• The web filter, the global whitelist/blacklist for secure search, logs and reports are provided free of charge when firewall is ordered.
• Other features such as anti-virus (Performance Package light) and site-to-site IPSec VPN are paid options.
