Configure/Restart/Wi-Fi/Password​

  • How to get into the ordering process: Order Management
  • The Enterprise Connect XS connection is ready immediately after the installation of the router and the Internet access can be used without additional activation or configuration.
  • The firewall Balanced (Standard) is activated in the initial configuration.

Router/connection information​

  • Router type
  • Hardware Serial Number
  • WAN IP address
  • Software Version
  • Provisioning status
  • DSL serial number (unique identification of the connection)
  • location reference (changeable in Order Management > Administration at location level)
  • Technical Label (directly changeable in the Dashboard)

Configurations and information for accessing the router GUI​

  • Input information for the browser to access the router from the local LAN.
  • Default IP address
  • Login Name
  • Router password to log in to the router (changeable)
  • Router actions like reboot and reset (with reset some settings will be lost)

  • Start Router Portal (opens a new window where you can configure the router)
