Remove External Cloud Access
- Make sure that the necessary steps have been taken in the external cloud:
- For AWS: Delete the virtual interface beforehand.
- For Azure: Delete the connections and, if necessary, the peering beforehand.
- Consult the instructions of AWS or Azure for support.

Open the Enterprise Connect Dashboard

Remove all connections to the external cloud in question (e.g. VPN 2 VPN links or Satellite Cloud configuration) and send the order via shopping cart.

Delete External Cloud Access in the Enterprise Connect Dashboard and submit the order.
- Open the Enterprise Connect Dashboard
- Open the VPN tab
- Delete the corresponding Cloud Access tile by clicking on the trash can
- Submit the order via the shopping cart
- External Cloud Access order/remove in Order Management (Enterprise Connect)
