The Assurance Status indicates whether the Centro Business CPE is accessible from the Swisscom Management network.
Enterprise Connect XS locations are not included in the query
How The Assurance Status works:
The status is displayed reactively, i.e. it is loaded when the Enterprise Connect Dashboard is started and not updated until the refresh button is pressed.
If the Centro Business CPE is no longer reached, or is reached again after a break, it takes up to ten minutes for the new status to be displayed correctly.
Reasons for an incorrect Assurance status can be e.g.: The Centro Business CPE is switched off; Power interruption at the location; Line fault.
The status query contains only the Enterprise Connect S/M/L/XL locations
Status: Active means that the location has already been activated once.
Assurance Status: OK means that the location is currently OK on location
