Assurance Status of locations

  • The Assurance Status indicates whether the Centro Business CPE is accessible from the Swisscom Management network.
  • Enterprise Connect XS locations are not included in the query
  • How The Assurance Status works:
    • The status is displayed reactively, i.e. it is loaded when the Enterprise Connect Dashboard is started and not updated until the refresh button is pressed.
    • If the Centro Business CPE is no longer reached, or is reached again after a break, it takes up to ten minutes for the new status to be displayed correctly.
    • Reasons for an incorrect Assurance status can be e.g.: The Centro Business CPE is switched off; Power interruption at the location; Line fault.
    • The status query contains only the Enterprise Connect S/M/L/XL locations
  • Status: Active means that the location has already been activated once.
  • Assurance Status: OK means that the location is currently OK on location
