Configure a VPN for Remote Access Service (RAS)

Configure the Remote Access Service (RAS) in the 'Enterprise Connect Dashboard' application in My Swisscom Business.

Create RAS VPN

1. Open 'Enterprise Connect Dashboard' in My Swisscom Business under Applications
2. Select the appropriate option under 'Start with an agreement *'
3. Select 'Network Services'
4. Select 'VPN'
5. Click on the 'Plus-icon' for 'RAS VPN'
6. Click on 'Save'
7. Click on 'Sheet-icon' at the top right
8. Follow the further order steps

Create RAS user

1. Select 'RAS' within the Enterprise Connect Dashboard (Netowrk Services)
2. Click on the 'Plus' icon under 'RAS User'
3. Fill in fields
4. Configure RAS on the end device according to the instructions in the e-mail
5. Open 'Security' in the left-hand menu
6. Click on the number under 'VPN-to-VPN links'
7. Click on the 'Plus-icon'
8. Select the appropriate option under 'Source' and 'Destination' Important: Two VPN-to-VPN links must be created for a bidirectional connection
9. Click on 'Save'
10. Click on the 'Leaf' icon at the top right
11. Follow the further order steps

Connecting RAS users to the Internet

1. Open 'Security' in the left-hand menu in the Enterprise Connect Dashboard (Netowrk Services)
2. Click on the number under 'Outbound link'
3. Click on the 'Plus' icon
4. Select the appropriate option under 'Access VPN'
5. Click on 'Save'
6. Click on the 'Leaf-icon'
